I must tell my story. How I was betrayed by this site. A few years ago, I was a verified member and was liking this site. One day, my computer was hit with Malware. (Clicking on an ad I shouldn't have. My bad!) After I reformatted my computer, I checked my Bank Account and found I was missing over $650. Turns out, the Malware allowed the hacker to make a copy of my computer and access my Coinbase Account, where they used my Saved Debit Card to buy Bitcoin. After which, they transferred it to their own account.
I reported this to Coinbase Support, who refused to compensate me. I contacted my Bank, and they opened a Fraud Case, along with putting money back into my account. I wish it was over after that.
A few months later, after I abandoned my Coinbase Account, I got an e-mail. They were coming after ME for the money. They took what little I had left behind (Around $10 from various Cryptocurrencies I couldn't transfer at the time.) and then demanded I pay the difference. In response, I closed the account.
A few days later, Coinbase settled the case with my Bank. In short, I had won.
They had betrayed me and I will NEVER go back.

Coinbase is the worst online bitcoin wallet i have ever worked with. They have the poorest customer care and they are turning into criminals. i wish i can sue them. I have an issue with ID verification and for a month now they are frustrating me and restricting me into entering my account instead of them helping me solve the problem. Anytime you write to them you don't receive a reply. I really hate them and i ever regretted depositing my money there. Can anyone help me sue them. Because i really want a channel i can sue them. please help..
