I joined xapo in March 2016. At first my account did not have any problems in 2017 they asked me to upload identity card and proof address for verification purposes.
It runs smoothly nothing suspicious. I keep my BTC in a cold storage wallet of 5.353 BTC and a regular wallet of 12.87 BTC.
In May, I would like to issue 8 BTCs from my account to pay the arrears of the bank for receiving 30-day notice to repay housing loans due to certain problems. If I want to login to my xapo account! My account has been blocked by the xapo party for no reason, after 12 hours from the time I want to login I receive the following email.
I have sent all the required documents but there is no feedback from xapo until now.
The house I had before had been withdrawn by the bank caused by xapo steal my bitcoin.
Our family became like a homeless family at that time. I'm very frustrated with their services.
I have told some other friends to remove all the bitcoins that are in the xapo wallet so it does not happen as my account.
So I hope you all are no longer using their services, so you do not receive such misfortune as I am.
I have no intention of wiping a company but this is the reality I am facing.
I'm also astonished why companies like bloomberg, greylock partners,
and others still work with xapos that have blatantly deceived and stole user bitcoin. Is this affiliated company only wanting to profit with only existing shares without having to think about consumers?
Are all leading companies working with this xapo.com support the actions taken by this xapo?
Oh forget it! they just want to make a big profit and give a good rating for scammer or rippers company.
