Not Accepting my Verification!!!
I already uploaded the required documents for my account verification, but they keep declining my verification because they require scans of stamped and signed paper bills!!!!
In my current residence country, utility providers do not issue paper bills anymore. Most utility bills nowadays are issued electronically.
I uploaded the same kind of bills as address proofs on other platforms and my accounts there got already verified, except PAYEER and Perfect Money!!
Without verification, I cannot make any fiat deposit using credit cards or bank transfer!!!

20/1/2021 this day perfectmoney has stolen 7.00$ from my wallet . when i told them to get back my money now they have blocked my account. i strongly say that do not deposit money into perfectmoney accounts . they will steal your money

You cannot withdraw to a bank unless you have 300$ in your account. Why is nobody saying this ? Are all reviews fake ?
They say you can withdraw through "certified exchangers". But here in my country (Romania) , there are none.
So what is the point of this payment processor ? You have money in it but you cannot use it !

I just sent them an ID card and a bank statement. then I also received a call from them to enter the 4-digit code. and here's a picture

They are sammers. They steal personal data. See how it works. They say that you'll pay 4 times less fee (0,5% instead of 2%) if you will verify yourself. I sent them company documents, they are OK, now I sent passport, it is OK. now, when I send address proof, they claim it is not OK and don't mark me as verified. They asked more documents. I sent. Totally I sent 6 different documents: utility bills, bank statestments, even government registration of my appartment. They claim that all documents are not OK and just ask for more. So, the only reason for this "verification" is to steal your personal data. You will never get verified and will never get less fee. Don't work with these scammers.
