21/12/2015 11:06 CET - Vendeur : All Intangible Items are non - refundable according to our Terms and Service. The items are Intangible Items (digital goods - online advertisement) purchased and also it been delivered instantly! We are denying your buyer's claim because the item you sold was virtual,digital, or intangible, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked. He was not obligate by NOBODY to invest! The TOS is having very powerful rights against money recover or investment of money as it is ONLY as free will and nobody obligate you to invest! My TOS cover this and he was accept it before register! Any whey I can put screenshots if need it!I think this is relevant for this case... But more relevant is the reason than he was get his payment and also he was not obligate to make any investment in my site! So please unhold this and return the funds to main balance !Any whey above all that his account is unverified and more of that he buy "virtual funds" and your legal agreements don't cover this! He can't proof with anything , but me... I can proof with screenshots all his details (account info, transaction info, tracking info ..etc).. Also the dispute was wrong open as this is not an "unauthorized transaction" , this is an item bought, but that item is in "virtual good" category! So please return the funds to my account! Thanks..You must unhold my money because of this 5 simple reasons: 1. I was having cover of TOS and he accepted this TOS before register! 2. He was not obligate to invest or add money because it is free will! 3. The money is NO REFUND because we have an NO refund policy (he accept that also) 4. The funds are virtual funds and no cover for this! 5.
