Had my mining pool hub hacked november 2018
emailed support and didn't get a response from them.
Secured my account and continued using it now and then.
10 months later, they replied to my email, deleted my account and are stuffing me around with retrieving the accrued funds i have in there that I built up in the last 10 months.
Compared to other pools, it feels like they're skimming profits.
I was attracted by the ability to mine many coins but auto exchange them into xmr but comparing to other pools, you earn practically nothing especially when you get hacked and lose what's in there.... build up funds again and they decide to respond to a 10 month old email by deleting your account and stealing the funds you had in there.

I bought a 0.05 bitcoin server, when I reached 0.015 of balance I requested a withdrawal, and to my surprise came the message saying that I have to make a payment of 0.02525 to be entitled to serve, or it is proven that the site is FRAUD, SCAM!
