It's not legit.Made deposit of $10.
Bought some refs + adpacks.
After few ours site didn't work for me.
Tried to use anonymizer - worked.
Tried to use phone with the same ip as pc - didn't work.
Tried to use phone with mobile data - worked.
btw advertise panel didn't work good for me as well..
so they just added my ip to blacklist.
Straight away i opened dispute and after few ours i've got refund (without any answers)
