Used this wallet for many years and had no problems but recently I decided to withdraw y dogecoins and it's been 3 weeks and still, I did not receive it. It's 39990 dogecoins so not a small amount... According to many other reviews, this is a well-known issue and some users are waiting for months and still transaction are pending but Cryptonator is not doing anything with that. It looks like it only happens with the amount of dogecoins as my smaller amount went through without any issues. Wrote to support center but no response. It's sad but I will have to address law enforcement agencies to get my money back If I won't receive my dogecoins soon.

stay away no security they stole all my money

If someone have coin at cryptonator, i strongly suggest withdraw immediately, because at december 17th someone try to login & succeed reset my password, now all my coin is lost because i can't login even reset password. Cryptonator security is very low although i already use 2FA google authenticator code, someone is very easy to login even reset password.

I've made a deposit of 26 USD by payeer a month ago. Never credited and support never answer. I'm happy to have lost "only" 26 USD... Scam, scam scam!!

On Dec 24 2017 I have sent from Bitstamp.net the amount of 0.92 ETH with Transaction ID (TXID): 0x0f096eee7825ce49341684591a92cfbd4693d287da89d0e0c39f50fcb126bdfe to my Cryptonator wallet...it never arrived to my wallet but taken away from me with this below transaction TxID: 0x5b28b88bb82b38c54c02d2f88befe5f294cca16cdaf39fd658e45f9ef7d83a66 The transfer on Dec31 2017, from my Cryptonator.com wallet 0xf50dbf215c9fe2078080dec7027fe3d26e117f6a to this unknown address 0x0975ca9f986eee35f5cbba2d672ad9bc8d2a0844 was never carried out, neither authorized by myself. Only somebody from online wallet Cryptonator.com itself, which have the private keys, could carry out this transaction without my permission. Me as a user of Cryptonator.com wallet have no access to the private keys, which is very bad!. I send a couple of support requests, received only automated response but never solved my problem. That make me think about cryptonator.com to be a fraudulent scam.

I don't think it's a scam, maybe they're having some issues with the site. Here i show you that my transaction in dogecoin is successful and got registered on the blockchain.

How this wallet is turned to legit without being shown many payment proofs only 30 dollars and so many wrong comments are u misguiding others by making and sharing lot of wrong information like some sites asked to make ponzi in cloud mining websites are still new @adminNBR

Cryptonator stole 300 Ripples from me by creating a fake transaction ID and never sending my coins to my offsite wallet. I confirmed this with the blockchain. I have been waiting three weeks for support to respond. DON'T TRUST THIS SITE!

My deposit is missing since 2 month and no reply from support team so stay away this site and protect your money from this site.

I received my money just few seconds in my payeer account

Stole 75% of my transaction
I performed transaction on 23-11-2017 on Cryptonator, buying BCN (Bytecoin) for 0.17 ETH approx. I received only 8059 Bytecoins, which means an exchange rate of BCN/ETH 46K. Whereas, the exchange rate on that day was 236K . They stole approximately US $65 from me.

Best part, they did not even generate a transaction receipt/number for this exchange. And they are not even responding back to my emails. Snapshot of my account history is at this link:
