Don't open an account they will charge you without using any of their services with no notification about that.
I have signup in 2020 and asked the support team if i can set custom prices on sms payment they said 'no' after that i never login back.
Now after 3 years they send me an mail with the message 'Please be reminded that you have a debt for Paysera account administration.'

Money in Paysera is not insured. They block account with thousands of euros and nobody knows, where is, and how you can get back your money. Choose regular bank, it safer.

Money Recipient's ID

I have been trying for several days to make a transfer in RON from Paysera (Libra Romania) to an account at ING in Romania. The sum is somehow bigger, but we are not talking about hundreds of thousands or millions.
After asking me for all kinds of information, now they want me to upload a copy of the ***recipient's ID*** to their app, in addition to personal data that I already gave them.

This is very strange to me and at the edge of legality. I will give up their services - both, for my personal account, as well as the intention to open an account for my company.

I understand that there are a series of information they need, to prevent money laundering, etc., but now, are you kidding me?

For a fact, who exactly is going to accept the GDPR terms for the ING account holder? How am I allowed to offer paysera such information? What are they going to do with it, as no terms were agreed?

We should just trust them blindfolded, but they don't trust us.

After all, it is just a transfer between 2 banking entities both in Romania, each with legitimate customers.

I hope EU authorities get involved as well, to prevent this kind of "company policies".

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES,
They are SCAMMERS with a license, once they have your money they don't stand for their TOS. I received a transfer from one of my clients, and he made it to Payshit Iban directly instead of my Iban.
the money was never accredited to my account until I called them and had to scream at their representative for asking me same questions over and over again,
I sent her a screenshot slip of the transfer and finally, she was able to see the transfer and they accredited the funds into my account.
then I see an 11 euro plus in fees, when I contacted them they said it's for invalid account replenishment when it is performed with an incorrect payment purpose (not according to the instructions). however, the fees for that specific transfer is 1 EURO ONLY. and it is stated on their web.
I continue to argue that what they did was wrong and they have stolen money from me the representative threaten to close my account.

If they don't block you from accessing your money they somehow will find a way to steal from you. you have been warned!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES, they say they have low fees but they will steal from you.

Transfered some money from Euro to USD, they asked me to pay a ~€8 fee for the transaction, which I did.

I got charged another €25 upon arrival; it did not come from my bank.

After contacting Paysera customer service, they answered both my email after about a week, when they advertise 1 business day. Both answers were different, and gave me two very different informations.

They blamed the additional fee for "Correspondent Bank", after which I asked to cancel a €700 transfer - they wanted to charge me €10, while I simply transfered my money back, free of charge.

To sum up, loads of additional fees for which you have no information. Better to avoid that company; there are a few other with WAY better services and better convertion rates (quick google search).

Absolutely unacceptable service. They Banned my corporate and personal account without any reason referring to some internal department. it was empty account, no money on it. just opened and approved. Point. Then my partners initiated payment to me and viola - my account blocked and their too.
Now they dare to demand to pay for card cancellation ! What ?
i strongly recommend to stay away from this unacceptable unfair and tricky service
