Paysera is an approved electronic money institution that develops the international payment system.
Paysera has been operating in Lithuania since 2004 and offers competitive exchange rates. Whether you wish to exchange funds with a bank account or between two accounts Paysera, Paysera does so quickly. Users also have 24-hour and 7-day access to Paysera's electronic payment system to track all transactions.
You will not pay any fees to transfer money between Paysera accounts.
It allows to receive money and gives above all the possibility to exchange with other e-currency (payza, paypal ...) or to receive money on his bank account directly.
You also have the option of requesting up to 5 visa cards (not required). the cost of each visa card is 30 euro per year.
For every 1,000 euros transferred 14 euros spawns are included : 1.4% of transaction fees.
Upon registration, the account must be confirmed: (obligatory)
- Email verification.
-Checking the phone.
- Verification of identity: sending of passport or identity card.

The worst company is the one that exists.
It is not a bank, it has no security and no insurance.
I was hacked and robbed of over $3000 and they can't even block the card.
On top of that, they ask me to pay 15 dollars per transaction to open an investigation. It's unbelievable.
They have no security, the thieves made 100 transactions in 2 minutes and the system didn't even detect fraud or ask for confirmation of the payments.
This is unheard of, I didn't know it was possible to have this level of mediocrity in banking services.
And on top of that they don't take responsibility for anything afterwards.
I'm not even talking about the customer service which is disrespectful and derogatory.
I advise not to work with them, the managers of this company should not exist.

APRES 4 ANS client chez eux il decide me bloquer mon compte et le fermer , et maintenant il me bloque l'argent de mes client 3300€ depuis plus de 15jours maintenant impossible d'avoir une reponse, une vrai honte , un service client minable response en 48heures il s'en foute de vous que vous avez une entreprise a gerer etc Et aussi un certain Kevin O. je me demande comment des personnes comme lui on un travail j'envoi toutes les preuves et mon me ferme le compte aller comprendre ! En plus des frais de fou sur chaque transfers bancaires , si vous avez une entreprise je vous deconseille cette pseudo banque!
Banque très sérieuse, aucun problème avec eux à par quand j'en avais le support à su régler les problèmes :)
Interface très bien, pratique pour les jeunes :) Pas de frais bref c'est très bien :)))
Très bon service de paiement en ligne qui propose de nombreuses fonctions utiles pour les pro comme pour les particuliers
