I found Earn Money initially through google, not this website, so I was curious as to why you get a free $10 on sign-up, then reading through the FAQ I saw the minimum payout was $50... so that explains alot.
I've tried and tested pretty much all programs on this list and Earn Money comes out on top, it's faster than desk-top mining and you earn the most from this program, from what I have gathered.
