Sweatcoin is basically a digital currency, which is earned by being active while staying fit. The concept is simple, you need to download the app first and then you'll have to keep it running on your phone at literally all times. Now, while doing this when you walk or run outside, the app will track your steps and will then pay you in Sweatcoins(SWC).

It depends on your outside activity. As an estimation, for every thousand steps you take, it'll earn you just under 1 SWC. As a basic member, you can earn up to 5 SWC per day. To earn more there are four other memberships available as an upgrade.

After accumulating enough sweatcoins you can either upgrade to different higher subscription levels or choose to redeem the sweatcoins for various items like EBooks, Airline miles, Amazon credits, Music Downloads or Gift certificates to various retailers.

No, Sweatcoin currently doesn't have support for direct trade, which means users cannot convert their sweatcoins directly to cash or Bitcoin for the time being.
