Coinpulse is a new exchange that opened in july 2018. Coinpulse has low volume at the moment however i believe that will change in the near future as new coin/tokens are added. Coinpulse have their own token (CPEX) . If you use the CPEX token to trade you will receive a 70% discount on fees. The team is always on hand to help with any difficulties on their telegram channel. Definitely an exchange to consider.
Deposits and withdraws are fast, 90% of all the assets are in cold storage, multisig wallest. No BOTs trading. Fees are low 0.06%, support is very prompt and works 24/7.
