Built in 1967 for the Universal Exposition, La Ronde is a Canadian theme park located on an island on the St. Laurent, in the heart of Montreal.
It is owned by the Six Flags group since 2001. Like other parks of the group it includes many sensational attractions. It nevertheless retains a traditional charm by its history and the difficulties to expand due to its island situation.

The park hosts each year the largest fireworks competition in the world, l'Internationale des Feux.
