Entropay is an online payment service recently introduced that allows you to call a bank account and subsequently you can apply for a virtual visa card.
The money transfer between Entropay users is totally free and the creation of your visa card requires one minute.

the withdrawal fee amounts to 1.95% of the amounts withdrawn.
Only transfers for a direct payment on a merchant site will be free. These costs are justified by the exceptional security offered by this type of payment method and by the customer service which is very responsive in the event of a problem.
