please anyone help me to get my refund please 
hi everyone this is me i am an investor for over than 5 months now , I trust them but they don't like me they always block me from telegram everytime and when I ask them about anything like why they don't offer maintenance fees and like that they banned me they are a crypto scammer even i asked him the owner Mr ralph about the farm and he told me that he will film the farm on 24th September but nothing they are scammer from the beginning, and i send them alot of withdraw request but no more payouts and today I asked them about a refund and they tells me no we can't give you a refund , and they say in their site that they can give refund after 48hrs, and the customer support is not available anymore and everyday they offer a promo of 100% , they are a top scam mining site , so I told you BIGMINE.IO , give me my 913$ or I will give you another bad reviews and destroy your company ok.and when I asked them for refund they tell me that in the pics there , I just give you an advice to not invest with them or you will be a victim like me , thanks.
