Bithumb is the worst exchange I have ever used. They have a very poor support team so it's impossible to contact them if something goes wrong. They frequently disable markets from time to time , and freeze your assets for no reason. Report them now to gavibrenaid.com, and they will get back your money from Bithumb. They helped me!
