My only complaint is that the referrals do not always perform (because they are people and may not decide to log in after you buy them). This is frustrating, but it is a gamble. 5 of my 19 referrals are actively claiming and I receive 20% of their claims? value. I am not sure if this will pay off. If you have a membership, you receive a discount on marketplace purchases, which may make the referrals or other perks better buys.
Staff: the staff are quick to respond and promptly resolve issues. I had one complaint after they launched the ES XP system and made some changes. The issue was resolved within 6 hours of my ticket, which is great.
