QuarkChain has completed its sale of QKC ERC-20 Tokens (the "ERC20 Tokens") in an offering pursuant to an exemption from the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The offering was open only to non-U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S) who also completed our AML and KYC process and the ERC20 Tokens have not been registered under the Securities Act.
