Just like many others, my order from AliExpress was tracked but then got rejected after 2 months without a reason.
Customer support is useless saying they won't be able to know the reason, although I'm sure my order is eligible. They didn't even bother to investigate and ask what my order items are.
Luckily I didn't make a big order with them. You can find that there's a large number of users in the community and forums having the same experience and complaints. I really like their idea of combining crypto and cashback. It's sad that they didn't give a shxt to user feedback, or it's just they there's something wrong with their system and they don't want to fix it.
DO NOT use it while there are quite a lot of trustable cashback providers out there.
