The site stopped paying in September, after which the admin suspended payments for almost 2 months.
A few days ago, he said that they could deposit by making a promotion and that the payments would be restored on November 1, but the site was placed in maintenance and since then it has been like this.
Obviously it is a scam, the withdrawal option was always suspended, but the admin asked them to deposit, of course no one else received payments.
Now it is in permanent maintenance for days and it is clearly a scam.
Please stay away from this site and don't waste your time or money.
