The VDI income is directly and exclusively related to the sales volume. VDI are paid on commission plan and qualifications established by LR society. The LR compensation plan comes in several skill levels and allows to be paid on personal sales (approximately 28% net TTC) and the turnover excluding tax of his team (bonus 3-21% up 43.7%). Vehicles offered or leased depending on the importance of your work and your network development (+ 5,000 vehicles in LR)
