This is a now a scam site. Suddenly with no communication froze hundreds of accounts. No plan as to what they intend to do going forward.
Holding your money is unlawful and people should call the police as holding your money and not letting you have it back, without the slightest hint as to when you will get it back, is theft.
They will not let you withdrawal out of there company and when questioned they just come out with the same 'we are a FCA compliant company' People get this but they want there money back and they want it now. You cant just freeze people's accounts. It's there money not yours.
If you were to freeze there bank accounts i which they were paid, would they be happy.
The will say the are now in touch with FCA but no one cares. People want to leave in there droves and they know it.
If your in Europe, beware. Take your funds out, while you can. Run, run, as fast as you can and find another site that won't lock your money. The site could have been compromised, so beware. No true site would treat it's customers like this. Spread the word, get your money out while you can. | Edit. : 13/02/2020 22:16:18

It is not surprising that epayments suspended its activities, because this service has had problems for a long time. I once used their services, but due to constant delays and unstable work, I switched to another platform. Now I use quppy and I have no complaints about the quality of this platform.
