I've been using adf.ly since 2016 and personally i never have any problem with their services.

The amount of payment are acceptable and the site has plenty of features. Some of these features can also earn you money outside of just shortening URLs. They have daily payment and it's really quick.

Chart, statistic, and data are neatly represented, you can easily access them with convenience.

Though, Adf.ly is blocked in some countries and some ad-block extension could entirely bypass the ad page. So you might not get as much traffic, that's a thing to consider.
