In 2023, I was scammed by Freewallet. My tokens were sent to another cryptocurrency address. While it is possible to get your money back if the user has a private key, Freewallet stores this information. I never received my tokens and the scammers refused to help.

Freewallet is a storehouse of disappointments. Invested a few thousand in ETH, and in response received an account blocking. Attempts to deal with support ended in nothing. The money just disappeared...

My optimism was crushed by Freewallet. A blocked account, ignored support requests – not the experience I expected. The wallet deceived my hopes and left me with an empty pocket!!!

Sent coins via Freewallet but they did not reach the recipient. The support service ignores my requests and I faced losing a significant amount of money. The app seems to be created by scammers who stole not only my funds but also my trust in cryptocurrency wallets.

KYC verification of this wallet was the beginning of a real financial drama. My personal data fell not into safe hands, but into the clutches of fraudsters. Security fraud at every step.

Freewallet- they play on people's trust. I decided to try Freewallet. At first everything was fine, I was completely sure that the wallet is good. In the AppStore I was convinced that it is reliable after reading positive reviews. After what happened to me I doubt the validity of these reviews, I am convinced that they are bought because after I tried to withdraw my funds I was written that my wallet is frozen. I have contacted support many times, but I have not received a single answer. My balance simply burned, well, or passed into the hands of owners-fraudsters! I tried to contact the police, but the Freewallet administration justified the situation by saying that they seized my assets because of suspicions in their purity. I don't know how to react to complete inaction. I just want to warn people never to use Freewallet wallets if you don't want to get into a similar situation!

I occasionally used this wallet to withdraw crypto. And all nothing, while the sums were kopek. As soon as I began to withdraw a large amount, problems began - to send a passport, and a selfie, and a video. The documents are allegedly still under review. I'm already resigned to losing money. And most importantly, there is nowhere to complain. They threw it in short.

How I managed to transfer the crypt to their wallet, I don’t understand ... Although there were pennies there - only 200 bucks, it’s still a shame that they threw me. It would be nice to find these "people" and punish them!

I read about deception, but the very first 2 payments went well. Apparently, they lure so. And then really, I go in, and I can’t enter. Missing $300. It's time to cover them up, I think to the police to declare.

Such a brazen and treacherous scam on the Internet is not often seen! I relied on their reputation and threw in 1000 bucks in total to buy various cryptocurrencies and as a result my account does not respond to my actions! It is a pity that I did not read the reviews about these scammers before, do not contact in any way!

Freewallet is a SCAM!! If you have any coins on Freewallet you should try to move them off immediately. Just know, when you try, they are going to suspend your account and make you jump through all sorts of hurdles to try to get the coins back. If you get your coins back, consider yourself lucky. Please do not use Freewallet, they will steal your coins!
