Ranking presentation

When you are a small merchant and the purchase of a credit card terminal (POS/Point Of Sales) is an option too expensive and not adapted to the volume of transactions you generate: what solution is left to get credit card payments?

The mobile credit card reader: the best option ever!

Where a traditional POS requires its owner to pay up to 700 ? for its acquisition, to subscribe a maintenance contract of up to 200 ? per year, a subscription and to support commissions on each transaction, the mobile credit card reader, on its side, is much more flexible and above all much less expensive.

Its advantages

No maintenance required.

Its purchase price runs between 40 and 100 ? only and only a small percentage of commission is applied to each transaction (some providers even offer a declining rate).

The majority of mobile credit card readers do not involve any subscription or commitment.

Its installation is also very simple.

It can go everywhere because it runs on battery, and can connect anywhere with a SIM card, wifi or a bluetooth system that allows management via a smartphone or tablet for example.

Its disadvantages

Hot line is generally limited to working hours (ie between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm).

The connection of some devices (such as a printer for example) can be complicated for some users, for lack of indications or clarity.
