pour ma part j'ai demandé un paiement le 16/11, il est à ce jour toujours en statut "pending".
J'ai fait un mail au support la semaine dernière, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Et ce matin suprpise, mon ticket a carrément disparu.
