adpack is not scam by itself but what you (as admin) described as waterptc's adpack, has weak points, and you can't advertise that with showing large amounts have been already paid, just read my last comment on that admin's expanation. I stated why it can't be logical and unbelievable, if you want my idea, I'm telling you instead of that, work on some some adpacks such effordable ones, and even that would be much better to work on gaining the site more credits by attracting more ads and paying on time to users, that will help your site to grow fast. good luck
