I win case of $30, but lost 3 cases of $5, $10 and $15. I think PayPal don't take much care about cases less than $30. In order to win case you need to explain: Expresspaid is the PTC site, they do not provide proper service, as promised, they are scam now.

yea..i heared abt appeal..but i couldnt find how to do it...
And finally, yesterday i won a dispute for $49 (dont knw whether i get the money from the cheaters acct)!! and but lost the rest of abt $600(net loss after consodering their payments)before abt 2 weeks...may be i was too early to file disputes!! i could have wait another month to file it as it turns scam completely..wen i lost my dispute, i lost trust in paypaland i just thought i lost my money completely..so i cudnt even had a clue of getting it back again..but wen i thought abt a 2nd chance , may be i was too late to appeal it (i was unaware of appeal then)!! anyways i couldnt find any appeal option on my transactions and now i just lost it.. :/

When I asked about my payment after one month on support ticket and forum,then they suspend my account on 27/09/2016.Then I go payza and open a dispute and after the 2 days of hassle finally I got my 25$...thanks to payza not expresspaid.
So express members its not very surprised because if you notice past 3 months they continue said deposit and deposit, because they collect our money and not want to pay us, only few payments are made to believe us they are still paying.Express sister sites are already being a ghost town.....and its finally Expresspaid.If you noticed other express sites not have the .net domain and there was not any message, it should down by admin.
So, only have to do open a dispute on paypal(180 days),payza(45 days)..then if you got your hard earn money or invested money.Good luck to all of you.

u dont worry dear..first time u wil get paymentwen u file dispute ..2nd time also u may get that..3rd time u wl ban completely and they also file dispute back for the paymets they did already and wil claim that they didnt get our service...later paypal guys simply tell like they dont cover these kinda ptc purchase &u wl lose the dispute...and on payza also they cancel our dispute saying u already got the payment(which u refered now)!!later watz the future of their disputes on the payment they did..not sure yet!!
