J'ai du attendre au moins presque 2 semaines pour recevoir un message du service client pour un problème de mon paiement.De plus le délai de paiement était assez long.

Malheuresement dans le fond c'est une bonne idée.Mais il faut se battre a chaque fois pour récuperer son cashback. cet été j'ai fait 5 commandes...seulement 1 a fonctionné et le service client me demande sans cesse des preuves d'achats de ceci ou de cela pour avoir mon cashback.Certain du service client comme un certain "Jules" ferme même les conversation quand le probleme n'est pas réglé.Bref une belle équipe de bras cassé au commande d'un site qui fonctionne mal...dommage car bien pensé...
J'aimais ce site mais avec ces captchas je ne peux plus me connecter depuis un mois donc je revois mon point de vue

je vais aller voir si l'herbe est plus verte. Oublier de verser les cashbacks est devenu leur spécialité. Je vais déserter ce site.

Les cashbacks peuvent aller jusqu'a 3 mois, si vous avez dépassé ce délai contactez les mais je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec eux

Très mécontente et déçue suite à une récente et bien piètre expérience avec ce site, j'aurais cru qu'avec leur expansion susnommée, la qualité de leur service client allait aller de pair, que nenni ! Comment se dérober à son devoir de vérification de commissions -bizarrement- non validées en prétextant un problème unilatéral sur votre paramétrage et en éludant toute preuve et capture d'écran... tout un art -déplorable- qu'ils maîtrisent très bien. Je ne remercie pas leur équipe que je respectais auparavant et qui m'a privée injustement de commissions relativement importantes. Pour le coup, une belle arnaque !
