Très facile d'emploi, il regorge d'explications et de conseil. Vraiment idéal pour débuter dans le crowdfunding

Il fallait que cela arrive un jour : premier défaut. Je n'ai rien contre les défauts en soit, cela peut arriver, mais là un défaut au bout de 4 mois, c'est que le travail d'analyse en amont était défectueux. Ce prêt n'aurait pas du être accepté je pense...Si ce prêt ne se régularise pas, je perds 90% de ce que j'ai prêté à cette entreprise, le rendement ne sera pas folichon.

Beaucoup de facteurs peuvent entrer en compte sans incriminer Octobre. D'ailleurs si tu vas sur la fiche tu verra toutes les explications. De plus il arrive souvent qu'un projet soit temporairement en défaut et soit régularisé par la suite. Les personnes qui analysent les projets ne sont pas médiums. | Edit. : 21/11/2018 11:06:10

Encore une fois je ne remets pas du tout en cause les défauts, cela arrive et c'est normal, sur des prêts à 3/5 ans on ne peut deviner l'évolution des défauts. Je m'interroge simplement sur les défauts très (trop) précoces qui arrivent 3-4 mois après le prêt. C'est dans ces cas-là ou l'on peut légitimement s'interroger sur les raisons de tels défauts et sur le travail de sélection. Enfin, pour suivre plusieurs blogs assez pointus spécialisés crowdlending, il semblerait que les défauts précoces soient quelque chose qui ait déjà été reproché plusieurs fois à October (ex-Lendix).

Je comprends tout à fait tes questionnements. Il ne faut pas oublier non plus qu'Octobre contrairement à la majorité des sites de crowlending investi à hauteur de 50% sur chacun des projets. Il n'est dont pas dans leur intérêt d'accepter n'importe quel projet. Après je suis d'accord avec toi,si on parle du même projet en défaut ils évoquent clairement des chiffres faux....

Je suis un petit contributeur, voici se que j'ai reçus depuis mes investissements.Site très sérieux, bien référencer dans les plateformes participative. Il a des propositions de plusieurs pays comme la France, l'Espagne,l'Italie. Il font tout pour avoir un large choix d'entreprise à investir. J'y suis depuis moins d'un an.
