We have doubts about the fact that this MLM is actually connected with the company of prototyping of tramway of skyway type. We asked the company if that was the case, for now unanswered by them. This MLM aims to sell the future shares of the RSW-SYSTEM company for its upcoming listing on the Belarusian stock exchange.
After discussing about skyway capital with a friend close of lawyers, a simple one is established: it is impossible to buy the product touted by MLM (shares) on the site of Skyway.capital without becoming an affiliate, this is totally contrary to the approach Of direct sales. This is therefore an illegal MLM.
Another thing, to be able to be active in France, it would be necessary that Skyway capital as well as all affiliates be Financial Investment Advisor, as the product is here a financial investment.
Several red flags:
- impossibility to buy the shares via the site of the MLM without adhering to the latter.
- an MLM on the pre-sale of shares (so people are making money on the back of future shareholders who could therefore pay their cheaper shares without going through this program)
- a very high ROI: Hope to multiply by 100 the price of the shares converted into shares.
- based in Russia (no serious control of the ponzis in this country)
- a strange relationship between the project to be financed and the site Skyway.capital
For French market especially :
- no declaration to the AMF (yet mandatory): therefore MLM illegal in France. - need for the affiliate to have the diploma of Financial Investment Advisor. (Cost about 1000 euros to have this diploma).

SKYWAY it's scammers, the financial pyramid. They are creators of a grandiose financial pyramid, which is covered up by high technologies. They already robbed investors 3 times: 2008 (Dubno, Russia), 2011 (Australia), 2013 (Lithuania).
