Je suis déçu sur un point concernant Wirex, c'est la partie virement bancaire de Wirex vers mon compte bancaire perso. J'ai fait la demande il y a une semaine, et rien n'arrive sur mon compte, alors que la somme est bien partie de Wirex.
J'ai contacté le support, ticket créé, mais pas de nouvelle. Il y a un manque d'information.. Si la somme est bloquée pour X raisons, ils devraient informer les clients. Sinon c'est pas sérieux... A suivre.

Voici la réponse du support Wirex, je suis dégouté je vais devoir attendre longtemps :
"I can completely understand your frustration and would like to inform you that we have taken steps to reproduce the matter already and our relevant team already acknowledged on the case.
I want to emphasize again how awfully sorry we are for the mix up with this situation. Unfortunately, such requests cannot be handled by the support team directly, since it is a sensitive question. What I can do is to try to accelerate the issue, what we actually do.
I would also assure you that your funds will be restored to your account at the earliest possible opportunity, however, for now, the only thing I can do for you is to keep you updated on the refund status, which is under the processing by the relevant team.
For sure, as soon as we get an update, we will get in touch with you immediately.
