Mokka, new application that just came out not long ago that is not bad compared to other sites.

Nouveau paiement de 10€ grâce au parrainage. J'ai stoppé l'utilisation de Mokka car je n'ai plus trop le temps. Mais les sondages payent toujours aussi bien. Je recommande encore cette application si vous n'avez rien à faire et que vous voulez gagner un peu d'argent chaque mois :)

Bonjour, je suis désolé pour le manque de réponse à ta demande. Juste après mes vacances, j'ai rencontré de nombreuses difficultés dont celle que tu viens de citer. J'essaie de faire de mon mieux et c'est seulement maintenant que je peux arriver à reprendre une activité plutôt normale. Le seuil sur Mokka pour Pumpkin a changé pour permettre aux utilisateurs de faire leurs virements sans soucis. Je reviens également vers toi pour régler ton problème de paiement (les paiements Pumpkin vont reprendre ce weekend)

@Mokka pas de soucis, j'ai remonté la note d'une étoile et je modifierais la note dès que tout sera rentré dans l'ordre. Je suis désolé mais cette aventure m'a fort décourager à utiliser Mokka pour être honnête. Merci pour la réponse.

@packoozwin j'ai trouvé où se situe le problème. Dans ta demande de paiement Pumpkin, tu as mentionné un numéro de téléphone alors que le mail de connexion à Pumpkin est demandé. Peux-tu m'envoyer ce détail par MP, afin que je puisse procéder à ton paiement au plus vite et que je puisse corriger ton profil pour tes prochaines demandes de paiement

Je viens de faire les vérifications. Je confirme que les paiements ont été envoyées (dont le dernier le 17 mai). Ceci dit, j'ai regardé sur paysera et j'ai remarqué que l'envoi est en attente. Cela veut donc dire que ton compte paysera que tu as mentionné n'est, soit pas le bon, soit il n'a pas encore été validé par l'équipe Paysera. N'hésite pas m'envoyer un mail à l'adresse mokka.entreprise@gm ail.com afin que je te fournisse les preuves (je ne suis pas un menteur et je n'aime pas être traité comme tel) et voir avec toi comment on peut résoudre le problème.
