Bonjour,Voici un exemple de remboursement sur 2000€ investis, j'ai touché 2240€ à la fin du projet. Dans ce cas précis, c'était en juin 2019.

Bien Sébino ! je suis en train d'y réfléchir vu que ça existe toujours. 1) Es tu déjà tombé sur 1 projet qui n'a jamais remboursé ton investissement ? ................ 2) Ici c'est 10% / an, avec les impôts ça fait exactement 7% ou je me trompe ? ....................... 3) Il faut déclarer aux impôts mais aussi à la CAF, au chômage (j'y suis actuellement) ? ...................... Très bon site de crowdlending immobilier. De bonnes analyses, des projets fréquents, des rendements généralement compris entre 8% & 10%. Site fiable

Bonjour, les 100€ sont en effet un bonus parrainage. Le minimum d'investissement est de 1000€. En général les programmes offrent entre 8 et 10% sur 2 ou 3 ans. Donc avec 1000€ investis tu peux gagner entre 160 et 200€ (moins les 30% que tu dois à l'état ^^)

En fait ils te virent sur ton compte bancaire les 100€ de bonus, donc en fait tu en fais ce que tu veux ^^ tu peux les investir sur lendix par exemple ou autre :)

Attention ! Es tu vraiment sûr de ta démarche ? Ca se trouve ils te paient juste les parrainages mais ne remboursent jamais les investissements. Ainsi ils paieraient tout le monde que 10% de la somme récoltée (quand y'a un parrainage) et 90% resterait sur leur compte.

Et puis ce que tu gagnes, tu le perds de l'autre il me semble. Ta prime d'activité (travail à temps partiel ou à temps plein) doit vachement être réduite voire le néant !?

Je pense qu'il est malgré tout possible d'investir, il faudra juste déclarer que tu n'es pas résident français
