Petit retour d'expériences avec ce site de cashback. Je m'étais inscrit exprès pour pouvoir bénéficier des 2% de cashback d'Amazon. Et bien après plusieurs achats sur amazon en prenant bien le soin de passer par CapitalKoala, le site ne m'a jamais comptabilisé les cashbacks. Donc très déçu, là je viens de me désinscrire. A éviter donc

plutôt très surpris de ton retour @pierres777 ... je ne suis vraiement pas acro à amazon...mais les 2-3 fois, ça c'est très bien passé avec capital koala pour ce marchand...et je connait des personnes qui passent leur vie à acheter sur amazon et qui ont leur cashback à chaque fois?!?! je penche plutôt pour un soucis d'utilisation de ton côté (toolbar d'un autre cashbackeur sur le navigateur, non supression des cookies, etc...)...a tu déclaré tes cashback absents avant de jeter l'éponge?

Bonjour Zinuf, oui j'ai bien suivi les recommandations classiques, pas de toolbars installées, pas d'adblock, etc...J'ai tenté de contacter le sav de capitalkoala, ils m'ont répondu mais j'ai "laché" l'affaire avant de continuer les démarches, je n'avais pas envie de me prendre la tête sur les jutificatifs à apporter. Après je suis peut être un cas à part je ne sais pas.

j'avoue que ça n'est pas un retour habituel de ce cashbackeur...après, c'est un domaine ou les absences de tracabilité existe et ça fait partie du jeux de demander de temps en temps des rectifications malheureusement...reste aussi le fait d'une potentiel évolution dans le mauvais sens du prestataire...on en a vu d'autres avant eux se dégrader...ebuyclub...mailorama...poulpeo...donc rien d'impossible non plus de ce côté là...à surveiller donc! PS: après, il peux aussi y avoir un lien avec le fait qu'amazon ai disparut chez tout leurs concurrents il n'y a pas très longtemps...leurs accords sont-ils bien à jour?!?! bref...les possibilités sont nombreuses ;) bonne contiinuation
