SCAM website! A lot of fake steam keys, when you buy for Soul Gems or Giveaway. Don't buy on this website! Very bad support!
portal goes to scam! some time ago its was not bad portal, but for now they like more others didnt pay any coast much prizes... just ban for random reason, support didnt give any reposes as usual for unban requests...
Website that malfunctions WAY too often. pretty sure its just a scam to get personal data/advertiser funds. I have yet to find a single "giveaway" where all of the tasks verify after you've done them. Very unhelpful and inactive "support" staff, that tend to only suggest you clear you browser data, redo the activity and try again. And when you do that and it fails their solution is exactly the same, that is if they don't just flat out ignore you. Which seems to be the case the vast majority of the time.
Good at the beginning but everything went worst when you keep on using this site. I have gotten Minecraft and a Steam Wallet 10 euro. I also got a few keys from their site giveaways, one of it is a duplicated code. I have contacted their support, what I got is their giveaways code are not refundable or exchangeable.
The latest issue I have is my order reward being refused with the reason of Soul Gems earn in an incorrect way. The original reply from Misty, the only support in Gamehag. ''Unfortunately, but our information shows that you won the SG in an incorrect way so the prize can not be issued to you nor will the SG be returned.''
Their customer service is the worst I have experienced, all things are good but when comes to when it comes to people, it sucks. :)
