why don?t you contact the administration directly on the site? and why you do not admit the fact of a system error, and immediately write a bad rating to the site or you write it just for posting. Do I understand correctly that rating of the site depends on: pays or not ?

Because they disappeared from the live contact, by the forum I can't request anything because they blocked me without any judgement.
